Hydrotherapy

Five Islands School hydrotherapy spa is an invaluable resource that our students love. 

Our spa was kindly donated to the school in 2016 by HMAS Tobruck's Ship Company 2015, in recognition of the fond relationships with Five Islands School staff and students.

Most classes access hydrotherapy weekly as our students benefit greatly from stretching, strengthening and muscle relaxation during this time.
